Your satisfaction is what matters most, so if you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it, simply email us at info@thenurturedspirit.co so we can help. 

Placing an Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. For changes or cancellations to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the shipment process has begun, we will not be able to make any adjustments to your order. A shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all orders shipping to a California, New York, or Washington address.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date and store credit within 14 days from the original purchase date. Items returned must be in original condition and packaging with tags attached. Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed. 

All crystal sales are final, except in the cases of more severe damage during shipment.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your items were damaged during the shipping process, email info@thenurturedspirit.co within 72 hours of shipment arrival and include photos of the following:

-a photo of damaged items

-inside of the shipping packaging

-outside of the shipping packaging

 *Please keep all packing from the shipping, including the shipping box your items came in.

We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Most of the textiles used to make our pillows are vintage, very fragile and may have slight defects that add to its unique characteristic. For these reasons, they cannot be considered defective. We recommend using our pillows solely as decorative pieces in your space. Unfortunately, they are not meant for heavy usage.

Online Return Process

If you would like to request an exchange or return, please email us at info@thenurturedspirit.co referencing your order number, and giving a brief description as to why you are making the return or exchange.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. Once your items are received and your return is approved, the merchandise cost will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time will vary. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking.
